The authors study how the electromagnetic waves can be directly amplified with beam-plasma instability excited by non-resonance wave-particle interaction when the weakly magnetized relativistic electron beam injected plasma. The calculations show that in the region deviate from the resonance condition, the electromagnetic waves still can be amplified in a broader range of frequencies and form a series of platforms under each resonance peak. Under a typical coronal condition, the growth rates, bandwidth of frequency, direction, polarization and harmonic waves of electromagnetic waves may be used to explain type III solar radio bursts.
