The SiO J = 1-0, v = 1 and 2 maser transitions were observed nearly simultaneously with accurate cross calibration in a sample of sources. The integrated and peak intensity of the two masers are comparable and many precise velocity agreements are seen in individual features. Broad emission plateaus (Snyder et al. 1978) are seen in both the v = 1 and 2 transitions. These results strongly suggest that the two masers share a common pump source and are spatially coincident in a spherical mass loss flow. A strong, variable feature at radial velocity of +5 km/s was observed in Orion which may indicate the presence of a second distinct source.
