Post-Newtonian equations are solved numerically for stellar models with a polytropic pressure-density relation for the case of uniform rotation, no meridional currents, and axial symmetry. The solution is obtained by following Stoeckly's numerical technique. Parameters characterizing the critical configuration are determined and compared with the values obtained recently by Fahlman and Anand, who followed Chandrasekhar's series expansion method.
