Neutrino-pair bremsstrahlung is calculated for a hot degenerate electron gas Coulomb scattering on imbedded nuclei in all regimes of possible astrophysical interest. Effects of possible lattice structure among nuclei are included. In the limit of infinite densities where the electrons are very relativistic, the power radiated per unit mass is about 0.8 (T×10-8)6Z2A erg/g sec, independent of density. Therefore, such bremsstrahlung is the dominant neutrino-pair emission process in the high-density limit.
