In the second of two papers on radiative data for Mg0, the authors present photoionization cross sections of the 3s2 1S ground state and of the 3s3p 3P0 and 1P0 excited states. The cross sections have been calculated in an 8-state close-coupling approximation including polarization of the 2p6 core by the two outer electrons. A comparison of the present oscillator strength distributions, cross section absolute values and resonance positions with available theoretical and experimental results leads the authors to believe that the present data should be accurate to better than 15%. Fits are provided for the near-threshold region where the cross sections are dominated by resonances.
