Activities to build VOs are going on in the East Asia. Japanese Virtual Observatory (JVO) has a VO portal that serves with the data service, the registry service and the data analysis service based on the IVOA standards, and some scientific results were obtained through the VO. China VO is an active member of the IVOA, serving with SkyMouse and other useful tools. Very recently Taiwan has started its VO activity, and Korea has been a member of IVOA. These four countries have formed the East Asia Core Observatories Association (EACOA) toward future joint astronomical research in the East Asia. VO will be one of the key issues for the EACOA activity.
