We report a re-brightening of MAXI J1409-619, which is a galactic transient source discovered by MAXI/GSC in Oct 2010 (Yamaoka et al, ATEL #2959). Following the discovery, Swift/XRT succeeded in the accurate localization (Kennea et al, ATEL #2962) and the detection of an ~500s period (Kennea et al, ATEL #3060). We show the flux change measured by MAXI/GSC in the following table.
