Photometric lightcurves of 41 Daphne were obtained, at Collurania Observatory (Teramo) on July and August 1981 and at Catania Astrophysical Observatory on October 198Z near the oppositions. The coordinates of the pole of the asteroid and the semiaxes ratios have been estimated: λ01 = 157° and β01 = + 28° or λ02 = 15° and β02 = + 36°, a/b = 1.51 and b/c = 1.00.
