Solar Flares: Forecasts

In view of the importance and difficulty of forecasting the solar flares, the author introduces the way to observe the solar flare precusors with the solar chromospheric telescope. The approximately time, the class and the location on the sun of the coming solar flares are deduced through comprehensively analyzing the solar activity peculiarity and observing experience and data accumulated over ten years. The accuracy rate hits 70% which is verified with the data of cycle 22.
