By the method of Gaussian Modification, the neutrino energy losses of nuclide 56Fe, 56Co, 56Ni and 56Mn by electron capture are investigated in stellar interior. The results show that the neutrino energy loss rates will be increased due to the Gaussian Modification of strength distribution on Gamow-Teller (GT) transition. The Gaussian Modification has only a slight effect on the neutrino energy loss rates when the electron capture reaction is dominated by lower energy transition. However, the neutrino energy loss rates will be greatly increased when the electron capture reaction is dominated by higher energy GT resonance transition. For example, the correctional differences of neutrino energy loss rates of nuclide 56Fe are about 2 orders of magnitude when ρ7= 100 (ρ7 is in units of 107 mol·cm-3) and half-width of Gaussian function △ =14.3, 18.3, 22.3 Mev, and those of nuclide 56Ni are about 60% and 40% when ρ7= 100 and △ =6.3, 18.3 Mev.
