We propose to use the synoptic observing program of the CTIO 0.9m to measure time delays of 5 two-image gravitational lenses. Gravitational lenses are powerful tools for measuring H_0 on cosmological scales, independent of local distance calibrators. Current measurements of H_0 using gravitational lenses are limited by modeling degeneracies and systematic errors. Measuring time delays of an ensemble of gravitational lenses is the only way to eliminate systematic errors associated with individual objects.
