Observations of 12 Seyfert-1 galaxies show the existence of broad wings under the strong forbidden O III 5007 A line in 10 of the galaxies. The possible contributions of Fe II (42) 5018 A, He I 5016 A, Si II 5041, 5056 A, and H-beta to the wings are considered. Also, a search for a counterpart of the wing in other forbidden and permitted lines has been conducted. The density in the wing-emitting region is estimated at a few times 10 to the 6th/cu cm.
