Scientific paper

The coefficient of spontaneous emission of cyclotron radiation propagating in the direction of an external magnetic field in non-equilibrium plasma is calculated including the effect of spatial dispersion on the emission process. The resulting part of the emission coefficient may become important in the vicinity of the cyclotron frequency.
