UBV photoelectric observations of Eros are reported which were carried out on three nights in January and February 1975. Analysis of the three-color light curves shows that: (1) the heights of two successive maxima or the depths of two successive minima are unequal, (2) three successive minima are not equidistant, (3) minima are narrower than maxima, and (4) the asteroid's shape is somewhat irregular.
