The copyright was incorrectly assigned to the American Astronomical Society. It should have read ``© 2001. Joseph Harrington. Printed in U.S.A.'' The accepted date for the paper should read 2001 April 17. A reference to Jessup (2000) was omitted from the final line of Table 2. Also, the abbreviation for ``mass-velocity distribution'' should have been given as ``MVD.'' The Press sincerely apologizes for these errors.
