Results of long-term (over 10 yr) scintillation telescope observations of muons produced by cosmic ray neutrinos are presented. The flux of muons with energies above 0.8 GeV, averaged over the lower hemisphere, is estimated at (2.84 + or - 0.17) x 10 to the -13th/sq cm s sr. This result is in good agreement with the results of other similar experiments and with calculated fluxes of muons produced by atmospheric neutrinos.
