Cosmos-721 data are used to study pulsations of fluxes of electrons with energies exceeding 1.4 MeV. The greatest probability of the appearance of these pulsations was found at invariant latitudes of 66-68 deg; the most probable periods were 30-40 sec. Period and amplitude distributions of the pulsations revealed an explicit dependence on geomagnetic longitude. A strong correlation of the mean pulsation period with the Kp index was found, along with a weak correlation between the mean period and the interplanetary magnetic field. Finally, an energy analysis is presented of the energies of particles that could be responsible for the bounce-drift resonance of certain geomagnetic pulsations.
