The Sh 2-152 nebula is studied with attention given to the morphology, ionization structure, dust distribution and geometry. The observational data is compared with the sets of the champagne models given by Bodenheimer et al. (1979), and the position of the exciting star with respect to the molecular cloud is determined. The observed ionization structure agrees well with that expected from a single exciting star of spectral type O9 V and the existence of several ionization fronts is demonstrated on the forbidden N II 6584 A line/forbidden O III 5007 A line perspective map. A comparison of the H-alpha/H-beta and radio continuum/H-beta ratios indicates the existence of a concentration of dust mixed with ionized gas lying west of the exciting star; dust grains are apparently being swept by the star radiation toward the ionization fronts.
