Scientific paper

Monochromatic observations of comet Kobayashi-Berger-Milon (1975 IX) at
3090 Å are presented. The use of the vectorial model enables us to
derive the lifetime and the production rate of the OH radicals in that
comet at 0.85 A. U. from the Sun.
