Reactions: O+ + H2→OH+ +H and H+3 + H2 are rapid, and they lead to the formation of the OH+ molecule in warm, diffuse and moderately thick interstellar clouds. Within the framework of realistic Klein-Dunham molecular potential, an array (6 x 6) of Franck-Condon factors and r-centroids are computed for electronic bands of the OH+ (A3IIi - X3 Σ-) system. Using experimental value of radiative lifetime of the excited state A3IIi of OH+, absolute values of transition probabilities and oscillator strengths are obtained for these bands. The lines of OH+ which are likely to be observable in the interstellar medium through this transition are indicated. Estimated abundances have resulted upper limits for equivalent widths 3.5 mÅ and 1.5 mÅ for (0,0) and (1,0) electronic bands, respectively, of OH+ (A3IIi - X3 Σ-).
