We present observations of the supernova remnants (SNR) HB3, IC443, Cygnus Loop and their environments at 5 decametric band frequencies (12.6 - 25 MHz) with the highest resolution and sensitivity for this wave band. The radio spectra of HB3 and IC443 have a drop at the decametric wavelengths due to absorption in ionized hydrogen, whose location is discussed. Cygnus Loop has the strictly linear spectrum at all radio frequencies - this is the only one SNR without a low frequency drop investigated at UTR-2. In comparison with high frequencies the derived remnant radio maps show significant differences in morphology. HB3 and Cygnus Loop have noticeably large angular sizes; HB3 reveals the relict ionized shell indicator around and the interaction both with the molecular cloud and the halo of the gas-and-dust complex W3/W4/W5. The morphology of the IC443 allows us to suggest that the remnant lie no farther on HII region S249, the distance to which is 1.9 kpc. We briefly discuss some SNRs in the direction l = 65° which have been mapped with the Cygnus Loop and the remnant 3C58 having occurred on the map of HB3. For example, the very extended supernova remnant from Green's catalogue G65.3+5.7 (angular size 310x240 arcmin) is not seen at our frequencies, this casts doubt on its identification as a SNR.
