An algorithm for processing ephemeris data is proposed for the purpose of compiling a catalog of the orbits of single-apparition comets, and the characteristics of a computer program based on it are described. The algorithm converts ephemeris data into expected observed right ascension and declination, taking into account aberration, parallax, nutation, and precession effects.
