In this paper one examines air densities derived from our realization of aeronomic atmosphere models based on accelerometer measurements from satellites in a low Earth's orbit (LEO). Using the adapted MSISe-00 and TD-88 algorithms the comparison parameters are derived. The first results indicate that TD-88 model (L. Sehnal, 1988, Bull. Astron. Inst. Czechosl. 39, 120-127) developed for the Earth's atmosphere can be improved. By applying the least squares the TD-88 model parameters are modified for the purposes of improving the agreement between the experimental (obtained from MSISe-00 model) and theoretical (TD-88 model) values and of enlarging the calculation speed. On the basis of Sehnal's analytic model concerning the Martian atmosphere a preparation for formation of a TD model for the Martian atmosphere is simultaneously done in this paper.
