The mechanism cyclic and inversion changes of the Earth and variations of natural processes is connected with the free and forced relative translational displacements and small turns of non-spherical shells of the Earth - first of all the core and the mantle - under gravitational attraction of the Moon, the Sun and others celestial bodies (Barkin, 2002). There are many examples to that this mechanism has a universal nature and plays a significant role in dynamics and physical processes on planets, satellites and, that it is especially important, on the Sun and stars. A set of geodynamical and geophysical phenomena have obtained the dynamical interpretation and the explanation with the help of this mechanism or geodynamical model. The offered geodynamic model naturally allows to interpret such complex phenomena, as the Mars bipolarity; a concentration of Venus mountains mainly in one hemisphere; the dichotomy structures of some satellites. Completely similar phenomena in the dynamic essence are observed in physical processes of the Sun: change of activity between northern and southern hemispheres; contrast variations in rotation regimes of the specified hemispheres with the certain cyclicities, others asymmetric phenomena. According to the developed concept in all specified solar processes gravitational influence of planets and, first of all, the Jupiter and Saturn on non-spherical shells of the Sun should play the important dynamic role. In particular the new phenomenon of inversion of contraction and expansion of the northern and southern hemispheres of the Sun with the main period of the solar activity is predicted. We believe that in variations of physical processes of the stars being companions in double and multiple systems, in their long evolution the mechanism of perturbations of the shells of each of star by external companions plays important role. In the double stars the phenomenon of change of activity between northern and southern hemispheres of each of companions can be observed and it will depend on inclinations of their axes of rotation.
