Results of investigations of CCD echelle spectrums of T Tauri type star DI Cep obtained in for 2004-2005 at the Kassegrain focus of 2 m telescope of ShAO are presented. A spectral resolution is R=14000, spectral range λλ4700-6700 ÅÅ. A time variability of profiles, equivalents width and displacements of individual details in profiles of hydrogen lines Hα and Hβ was studied. Variability with character time at last one hour for equivalent widths and displacement of individual line details were discovered. In night JD 2453588 simultaneously blue and redward emission components in the Hα and Hβ lines with radial velocities ±400 km/s were observed. On the intensities of this small and strong displaced emission details we had estimate a mass of clumps and energy of matter accretion. It is showed that, this range of energy full enough for energetic of flares, which are take place in CTTS. Detail researches of this line structures showed that each of lines have three relative stationary emission components. The radial velocity of absorption components of NaI D1, D2 doublet which related to circumstellar medium is showed a displacement at -25 km/s. This value is distinguished of star radial velocity values, presented in literature.
