We test the possibility of the line and continuum driven wind from hot zero-metallicity Pop III stars. For this purpose we apply our own NLTE wind model and test the possibility of wind existence for zero-metallicity Pop III stars with parameters corresponding to the zero-age main sequence. Because hydrogen and helium are highly ionized and do not have enough lines to drive the stellar wind, the line-driven winds from hot very massive zero-metallicity stars are unlikely. The expulsion of individual atoms or ions is also either unlikely or negligible. We discuss the implications of these results on the evolution of Pop III stars and possible other mechanisms of mass-loss from these stars and for the models of the reionization of the Universe.
