A complete line list with identifications is presented for the cool magnetic Ap star HD 25354. The spectral region investigated ranges from approximately 3800 to 4900 A. Considerable blending is observed in the spectrum, evidence is found for the possible presence of both Hg and Pt, but no direct evidence is obtained for the presence of oxygen or nitrogen. It is noted that the Fe I lines are neither weak nor unusually broad. The spectrum of this Sr-Cr-Eu star is shown to be generally characterized by very strong lines of Si II, Ti II, Cr II, Mn II, Fe II, Sr II, and the rare earths Eu II, Dy II, and Nd II.
