The photometry of the spectrum of the planetary nebula NGC 7027 in the range from 3132 to 8665 A is completely reexamined using photographic, image-tube, image-tube-scanner, and photoelectric-scanner observations. The data-reduction procedure is described in detail, and errors in the data are examined. The observed line intensities are compared with theoretically predicted intensity ratios in order to evaluate the accuracy of the data and determine the physical properties of the nebula. The data are corrected for interstellar extinction, ratios of forbidden-line intensities are determined, and the hydrogen and helium spectra are discussed. Electron temperatures and densities are derived from the lines of 15 ions. The results indicate that NGC 7027 contains a dense central region, the electron temperature is constant at least in the outer part of the nebula, higher temperatures in the central region cannot be excluded, and the gas in the nebula must be in the form of fine filaments.
