The Owens Valley interferometer has been used to measure accurate positions for nine OH emission sources at 1612 MHz and four sources at 1665 MHz. The baseline was 244 m north-south. In addition to the very strong 1612-MHz emitter OH 26.5+0.6, eight sources from the survey of Winnberg et al. (1975) were measured. A position was measured for the 1665-MHz maser emission from IC 2162 (S255), and the position of the maser in W75N was remeasured.
