The properties of the components of Plaskett's Star (HD 47129), a 14.4 day period, double-lined O-type spectroscopic binary, have been the subject of a continuing controversy for over seven decades. We have collected visual data in four bands well distributed in orbital phase. In addition we have obtained 19 archival IUE spectra. These data have been analyzed by several techniques, including a tomography algorithm to produce the separated spectra of the stars. This system appears to be an excellent example of a post mass exchange binary, with a primary weak in O and C abundance and a rapidly rotating secondary.
