The three numerical methods proposed in the present paper for
calculating the evolution of stellar systems are a Monte Carlo
technique, a gasdynamic method, and a method based on the integration of
the equations of motion. The stellar escape velocities calculated by
these methods are shown to correlate well with analytical results.
