The evolution of a naked singularity surrounded by an accreting disk of matter is studied. Two kinds of disk are considered: the standard thin-disk model and the thick barytropic model, for several initial conditions. It is shown that any Kerr naked singularity slows down in a finite time to a maximal Kerr black hole. The final mass, luminosity, and time of evolution of the singularity are evaluated.
