Photoelectric photometry in B and V of the ultrashort-period RR Lyrae variable star CY Aquarii has been carried out. The observations were made during September 1974 and September 1977. The best O-C's of the times of maximum are given by the light elements of Hardie and Tolbert (1961). The quadratic term contained in this equation corresponds to a slow decrement in the period. The B maxima generally appear not to be coincident with the V maxima.
