Cosmic Ray Showers, Gluons, Neutral Particles, X Ray Sources, Cygnus Constellation, Energetic Particles, Incident Radiation, Particle Collisions, Particle Mass

The nature of primary neutral radiation at energies of 10 to the 15th to 10 to the 16th eV from Cygnus X-3 is discussed. It is argued that these particles cannot be gamma quanta, neutrinos, or photons. This leads to the hypothesis that they are bound gluino-gluon states (glubolino) with a mass of the order of 2-4 GeV. The properties of the glubolino are discussed, and it is shown that the present hypothesis is in keeping with both cosmological and accelerator data.
