Arbitrary interactions in relativistic plasmas are considered, and analytic expressions for total reaction rates, particle production and absorption spectral rates, and energy exchange rates are obtained. The formulations assume collisions of two incident particles producing two particles and conserving energy. For the case of two interacting thermal distribution functions at different temperatures, single integrals are found for each rate, with the exception of the production spectrum for which a scattering angle integration also occurs. Considerable symmetry under the interchange of particles is shown by using the center of momentum frame energy per particle as an integration variable.
