HD 108353 was observed by UBV photometry, photographic spectroscopy, and microphotometry at La Silla. HD 108353A was classified as B9 II Ap Si star according to the Michigan catalogue. According to observations this star also has a companion, 2.5 mag. fainter, and three additional stars of the nearly the same spectral type were found in the immediate neigborhood. Only one of the companion stars B, was subject to spectroscopic observations. The calculated color excess for the five stars is very close to 0.20, which is small enough to exclude any doubt concerning the physical affinity of the stars. Attention is also given to spectral appearance, absolute magnitudes, distance moduli, angular dimensions, and linear dimensions of the main components and neighboring stars.
