M31 is modeled in this paper by an array of points in the form of an infinitely thin, but warped disk. Five parameters determined from a recent survey of H I data are used to create the array: the radius, the rotation curve, the inclination, the extent of the warp, and the direction of the warp. Sample kinematic data are produced and compared to the survey. The overall results are consistent with the large scale kinematics of the H I data, differences being attributed to the non-uniformity of the H I density in the disk.
