Decaying particle cosmology was designed to reconcile the notion of a flat universe with the observed 'apparent' low mass density that is determined dynamically. Here the evolution of galaxy-galaxy correlation functions in decaying particle cosmology is studied using N-body simulations. This scenario is found to considerably affect the distribution pattern of galaxies, and the resultant correlation function cannot be fitted to a single power-law form. This conclusion is not very sensitive to the specific parameters in the scenario (i.e., the initial spectrum of density fluctuations and the lifetime and initial abundances of the unstable particles). This result, based on the correlation function (one of the most reliable quantitative measures in cosmology) is strong enough to rule out the possibility that the present universe is dominated by relativistic particles.
