Pre-Main Sequence Objects, Young Stellar Objects And Protostars, Near Infrared, Stellar Atmospheres, Radiative Transfer, Opacity And Line Formation

We report new infrared photometry of a sample of Vega-excess systems,
and the results of a search for submillimeter CO emission. The resulting
gas to dust ratios are compared with those for the class archetypes, and
are found to be similarly reduced from the canonical molecular cloud
value.
