A cosmological model is proposed, in which quantum effects lead to infinitely many terms nonlinear in curvature, and these terms lead to the following conclusion: the physical singularity (i.e., a state with infinite matter density ρ) occurs in t ≅ 10-43s, when the curvature is finite. An attempt is made to give physical interpretation of this model from the viewpoint of the "foam-like" model of space-time.
