Meter-wavelength observations of the radio source PKS 0114+074 (4C 07.4) indicate a double structure which is identified with an 18.0 mag galaxy, while high-frequency observations reveal a third component at the position of a QSO of redshift z = 0.861. The author explains the absence of the third component at meter wavelengths in terms of a low-frequency turnover due to synchrotron self-absorption. A possible association between the galaxy and the QSO is considered, assuming a noncosmological redshift.
