Effects of temperature and pressure changes during pulsation cycle on line profiles in Beta Cephei stars are investigated. We find significant changes in residual intensities, FWHM and equivalent widths for radial pulsations when both these effects are included in model calculations. Radial velocity curves are also discussed. The presented approach may be useful for simultaneous analysis of continuum and line profiles variations in pulsating stars.
