Observations of 223 stars of the PZT-Ondrejov-program and of 173 fundamental stars were made in the period from 1985-1990 with the Large Meridian Circle of the Belgrade Observatory. The measurements were visual and the relative method was used. The positions of the program stars in the catalog are given in the FK5 system for the equator and equinox of J2000.O and the epoch corresponding to our observations. The catalog also contains the individual corrections for the observed FK5 stars. The program stars were observed on the average 3.95 times in both right ascension and declination; in the case of the fundamental ones the corresponding number of observations was 3.84. The mean observational epoch for the program stars in the catalog is 1987.34 in both right ascension and declination; for the fundamental stars it is 1987.37 also, in both right ascension and declination.
