In this paper we investigate the effects of the Sun's motion around the solar system barycenter on the solar internal rotation. It is argued that the ellipticity of the motion causes weak periodic (~11 yr) differential rotation. The influence of this periodic velocity shear on the weak poloidal magnetic field in the solar interior is studied. There exists a parametric resonance between the periodic shear of velocity and magnetic field perturbations. It is shown that shear flows with an 11 yr period generate exponentially growing Alfven modes with a 22 yr period. It is obtained that during minima of solar activity, the differentiality of the rotation must be stronger, as revealed by observation.
