We present 1328 observations of 975 binary star systems, observed by means of speckle interferometry with the Hooker 2.5-m telescope on Mount Wilson during the period 1993 December to 1995 December. These measurements comprise the 17th installment in CHARA's ongoing ICCD speckle program at 2- to 4-m class telescopes. Of greater note, however, is the fact that these measurements include the first data obtained following the reopening of this historic telescope in late 1993.
