The hypothesis on a large scale structure of the Universe and on evolutionary ties of the Black Holes, Quasars and galaxies is put forward. Quasars are assumed to be the early stages of galaxies. Based on these hypotheses possible observational peculiarities are considered. The essence of 3K radiation in the presented hierarchy of Metagalaxy is reported. Common evolutionary direction of the Metagalaxy matter from the dense condition to the less one on the all evolutionary stages of the Universe is underlined. The opinion about the identity of the large scale Singularity before the Big Bag of the Universe with the local Singularities existed in the form of Black Holes is expressed.
