We have obtained low-resolution (R 1000) 2.36 - 45.2 micron spectra of nine O-rich AGB stars using the short-wavelength spectrograph (SWS) on ISO. We present a catalog of observed photospheric and circumstellar dust spectral features, and discuss spectral variability in selected stars. The SO2 feature at 7.3 microns is detected in absorption in EP Aqr and in emission in X Pav, S Pav, and T Mic, while in the Mira T Cep, it is found to vary with phase from emission to absorption. The circumstellar CO2 features at 13.9, 15.0, and 16.2 microns are detected in EP Aqr, T Cep, T Mic, S Pav and X Pav.
