The authors construct a new standard system of data sets and their reduction tools which are widely adaptable to various UNIX workstations. Distributing this system they aim inter-institute cooperative research of the (sub)mm-wave radio survey data taken by single-dish antennae in Japan. The data set produced by their system is called "STAR cube", that is, three dimensional one along α, δ and frequency axes. The reduction system is constructed suitable to a standard UNIX system, and consists of some graphic processing subroutines on a X11 window system, thus is adaptable to every variation of UNIX workstation.
