We present three epochs of low resolution, 5-14 μm spectra and 24um photometry of the Seyfert 1 galaxy Fairall 9 obtained by the Spitzer Space Telescope. Fairall 9 has shown itself to be variable in multiple previous monitoring surveys and was the first to show definitive evidence of dust reverberation. The first two Spitzer epochs, 12/2003 and 6/2007, show a distinct change in slope between 5 and 14 μm. There is no change between the second and third epochs, 6/2007 and 1/2009. Photometry was performed at 24um for all three epochs but showed no change among the three epochs so any variation is constrained to shorter wavelengths.
