We present the observational result of the [FeII] 1.644 micron emission with a three dimensional data cube obtained by 13 fully sampled slits located at the base of the L1551 IRS 5 jet. The field of view is 5.'' 8 X 4.''2. We confirmed that the position of PHK1 coincides with a stationary and point-like X-ray source within 0.''3. The northern and southern jets are distinguished from each other at 0.''6 from the source. We confirmed that the northern jet consists of well separated high- (HVC) and low- (LVC) velocity components. The HVC has a terminal velocity of 400 km/s and a consistently narrow velocity width of 40 km/s. The LVC is covering V(LSR)= 0 to -240 km/s and has broad velocity widths of 150-180 km/s which decreases with distance from the driving sources. The spatial width of the LVC varies from 0.''6 - 0.''7 at V(LSR) = -200 km/s to 0.''8 - 0.''9 at V(LSR) -30 km/s. These characteristics are well understood in the frame of two types of outflow mechanisms working simultaneously, by assuming that the HVC is launched in a narrow inner radial range at 0.04 - 0.05 AU and the LVC is launched in a wider outer radial range at 0.1 - 4.5 AU of the accretion disk. A part of LVC gas could be shock-decelerated HVC gas. [Based on data collected at Subaru Telescope, which is operated by the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan.]
